Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our location within [2-5] business days of purchase. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your piece all the way to your door.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout base on your location and the weight of the item.

Domestic (Canada): Estimated delivery takes [3-7] business days after processing.

United states: Estimated delivery takes 5-12 business days after processing. (Note: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes).

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the postal carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered buy you haven't received it, please reach out directly to the carrier to file a claim.
